1. Information we do not collect

Kalshi Prediction Market is designed to be used without an account. We do not require you to register, sign in, or provide personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or payment details in order to browse markets in the App.

2. Information processed locally on your device

To make the App usable, certain information is stored locally on your device only, including:

• Your watch-and-track list and any paper positions you log for personal reference.
• App preferences such as selected themes, sort order and category filters.
• Temporary caches used to make the interface responsive.

This information stays on your device and is not transmitted to us. You can remove it at any time by clearing the App’s data or uninstalling the App.

3. Technical and diagnostic data

To keep the App reliable, we may process limited technical data such as anonymous crash reports, performance metrics, and aggregated usage statistics. This data does not identify you personally and is used solely to diagnose issues and improve the App.

4. Third-party data sources

Market data displayed in the App is sourced from public prediction-market feeds. When the App retrieves this data, standard network information (such as your IP address) may be visible to the data provider, subject to their own policies. We do not sell or share this information.

5. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly process personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

6. No gambling, no real-money trading

Kalshi Prediction Market is an informational utility only. It does not accept, place, settle, or intermediate any bets, wagers, or real-money trades. Any positions you log in the App are paper-only and exist solely on your device for personal tracking.

7. Your choices and rights

Because we do not collect personal data tied to your identity, there is typically no personal information for us to access, correct or delete. You can always control locally stored data by adjusting your device settings or uninstalling the App. Where applicable law grants you additional rights, you may contact us using the details below to exercise them.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
